The prices listed below are only guidelines, and do not reflect every person's needs or all testing required during an evaluation.  We provide you with forms to bill your insurance company directly.  Some services are not covered by insurance.  We offer a sliding scale for individuals who qualified for reduced service fees, and sometimes offer free services to community organizations who work with neurological or cognitively impaired individuals, and schools who work with Learning Disabilities.

These prices are subject to change.  Prices do not include tax, or multiple copies prepared.  Prices do not include participation as requested in courts and schools.
